Is an experienced professional with expertise in Accounts, Project Management, and FPO development. He has strong experience in financial management, budgeting, documentation, project proposals, reporting, and compliance. He is skilled in FPO formation, business planning, farmer mobilization, project implementation, monitoring, and institutional development. He provides strategic and operational support to ensure effective project execution, financial discipline, and sustainable organizational growth.

More than 4 years of professional experience in agriculture and rural development programmes. He has practical expertise in crop production, sustainable agriculture, natural farming and farm-based livelihood activities. His field-oriented approach and technical knowledge contribute to improving farm productivity, income and sustainable livelihoods of small and marginal farmers.

Project Manager has more than 6 years of professional experience in development-sector project planning, implementation and management. He has effectively managed training, livelihood, agriculture, skill development and rural development activities.
